Expert Lecture on World Hemophilia Day
Jai Narayan College of Paramedical, successfully organized an expert lecture on the occasion of World Hemophilia Day on 17th April 2026 to spread awareness about this important bleeding disorder. The theme of this year is “diagnosis : first step to care ” announced by the world federation of hemophilia.
The session was delivered by Dr. Aakanksha Pawar , Assistant Professor, JNCP–JNCTPU, who shared valuable insights on the causes, symptoms, early diagnosis, and management of hemophilia. The lecture emphasized the importance of timely treatment and the role of healthcare professionals in improving patient outcomes.
Students actively participated in the session and gained practical knowledge about handling and managing hemophilia cases, enhancing their clinical understanding and awareness.
The event highlighted the significance of education, awareness, and compassionate care in supporting individuals living with hemophilia.
