INDUSTRIAL VISIT SUCCESSFULLY Completed –

Jai Narain College of Pharmacy, JNCT Professional University, Bhopal successfully organized an enriching Industrial Visit to Felix Generics Pvt. Ltd., Indore for B.Pharm V Semester Students on Saturday, 19th September 2026.

The visit offered a practical insight into large-scale pharmaceutical manufacturing under USFDA, EU-GMP & WHO-GMP approved facility.

Technical Exposure & Key Learnings:

Veterinary Formulation Development: Manufacturing of Chewable Tablets, Palatable Soft Chews & Parenteral Preparations for companion animals

Production & Operations: Wet Granulation, Fluid Bed Drying, Roller Compaction, Tablet Compression, Film Coating & Blister / Alu-Alu Packaging

Quality Management System: IPQC, Process Validation, Cleaning Validation, Change Control, Deviation & CAPA Management

Analytical & QC Lab Exposure: Hands-on overview of HPLC, FTIR, GC-HS, Dissolution, DT, Friability, Karl Fischer & Stability Chambers as per ICH Guidelines

Utility & Engineering Support: WFI System, Pure Steam, HVAC with HEPA Filters, ETP & Documentation as per ALCOA+ Principles

This exposure helped students understand the criticality of Dose Accuracy, Bioavailability, Palatability for Veterinary Patients, and Regulatory Affairs for Global Market.
