The Institution’s Innovation Council (IIC) at JNCT Professional University has been established under the initiative of the Ministry of Education (MoE), Government of India. primary objective of the IIC Cell is to promote innovation, entrepreneurship, and start‐up culture among students and faculty members by nurturing creative ideas and transforming them into viable products or solutions. The IIC Cell acts as a platform for the systematic development of scientific temperament and a spirit of innovation in the campus. It organizes a wide range of activities including idea competitions, innovation and entrepreneurship workshops, hackathons, prototype development challenges, start‐up mentorship sessions, and exposure visits to innovation and incubation centers. Through regular interaction with experts from academia, industry, and government agencies, the IIC Cell encourages students to explore real‐world problems and develop innovative, sustainable solutions aligned with national priorities such as Make in India, Start‐up India and Atmanirbhar Bharat.
