World Breastfeeding Week 2026 | Day 1 Celebration

As part of the World Breastfeeding Week 2026 – Day 1 Celebration, Jai Narayan College of Nursing, JNCT Professional University, Bhopal, organized a Demonstration of Breastfeeding Techniques at JK Super Speciality Hospital, Bhopal.

The demonstration was conducted by the B.Sc. Nursing students under the guidance of faculty members to educate postnatal mothers on correct breastfeeding techniques, including proper positioning and attachment, early initiation of breastfeeding, exclusive breastfeeding, and the importance of colostrum feeding.

The session was interactive and well appreciated, promoting safe and effective breastfeeding practices and supporting better maternal and newborn health.
