Jai Narayan College of Nursing, JNCT Professional University (JNCTPU), Bhopal, proudly participated in the “Seva Sankalp Abhiyan” (Service Resolution Campaign) under the “Aangan Milan Seva” programme, organized by the Department of Women and Child Development, Government of Madhya Pradesh, at Navi Bagh, Bhopal.
Health Check-up
Basic health check-ups and health awareness activities were conducted for community members.
God Bharai Ceremony
A God Bharai ceremony was organized to celebrate motherhood and spread awareness about pregnancy care, maternal nutrition, and healthy practices.
Tree Plantation
Students and faculty participated in tree plantation and shared the message of keeping our environment clean and green.
Nutrition & Health Education
Community members were educated about balanced diet, nutrition, breastfeeding, hygiene, sanitation, and healthy living.
Mother & Child Health Awareness
Awareness was given about antenatal care, postnatal care, breastfeeding, child care, immunization, and maternal health.
Educational Activities
Students interacted with families and shared useful information about health, nutrition, hygiene, and family well-being.
The programme gave nursing students an opportunity to use their knowledge in the community and learn the importance of care, service, teamwork, and social responsibility.
